Sharing some of the Fabric Face Masks and Surgical Bouffant Cap and Mask sets the have been popular in my ETSY shop and through some Special Orders.  COVID-19 has been a game changer, not only in the way we interact with others, but in terms of how us Crafters and Small Business Owners have had to pivot to meet the needs of our clients.  Fabric Face Masks are on the forefront of our defense against the spread of Coronavirus.  They help while social distancing and are critical in protecting each other, as it is almost impossible not to have an interaction with family, friends or co-workers.

For those of you who have followed Fabric Creation by Andrea you know how much I love bright colors and designs.  This slide show highlights some of my client favorites.  Check back often for more updates.  #staysafe #wearyourmask #socialdistance #fabricfacemask

Fabric Face Masks available in traditional Pleated (Accordion) design or Clam Shell design (by special order)

2019 Craft Show season recap

12/12/2019

So the 2019 Craft Show season has come to a close and I have to say it brought some pleasant surprises.  There was a time when I would jump at the opportunity to do every craft show that I heard about.  The local elementary school, the neighborhood church, just send me the application and I was there! Over the years I learned to be more selective and it has paid off.  I have built a core customer base who look for me at specific shows.  I know what they like and I ensure that I have those products ready and available.

This year I did a new show and was pleasantly surprised at the reception that I received.  I even had a couple of customers tell me that I should raise my prices as they could tell the amount of work that it took to make some of my products.  I am constantly complimented on my choice of fabrics and that warms my heart.  I’m a sucker for a pretty piece of fabric!

I lost a dear friend and fellow crafter this year who I met my very first year of doing these craft shows.  She was an amazing person and made the most beautiful knitted scarves, shawls and tops. The first show after her passing was very difficult.  We would share text messages late at night while we were each scrambling to make sure that we had enough inventory for the upcoming show.  We called it the two week stretch!

Rest well my friend!  I will miss our chats and your beautiful smile and spirit.

As the year comes to a close, I say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your support and encouragement.  Be Well! Be Creative! Be Blessed!
